No prior experience is necessary! These sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. Clear instructions and guidance will be provided throughout the practice. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out before the session.

Session lengths vary depending on the number of participants and the depth of the group's intentions. While some sessions may last the full 90 minutes, others may be shorter. A typical session includes a check-in to set intentions, 30-35 minutes of active breathwork, a 10-minute rest and recharge period, and a closing.
