  • Embodied Self-Advocacy: Practice saying "hell yes!" to what you want (and "hell no!" to what you don't) with confident physical presence and a voice that roars.

Day 3: Embodying Your Authentic Self (Integration & Vision)

  • Values Embodiment: Align your body and soul with your deepest values. Walk the talk, literally!

  • Somatic Visioning: Embody the feeling of your liberated future self. Get ready to radiate joy and authenticity!

  • Embodied Action Plan: Create a personalized plan to integrate these practices into your daily life. This ain't a quick fix; it's a revolution!
