Day 1: Feeling the Good Girl (Somatic Awareness)
Body Scan Meditation: Get cozy and tune into your body's whispers. Where are you holding the "Good Girl" tension?
Decoding Your Body's Signals: Discover how physical symptoms (hello, stress headaches!) are actually cries for change.
Movement Exploration: Gentle movements to release that pent-up "Good Girl" energy and start feeling free again.
Liberation Breath: Lay down and get comfortable. We are going to move through and release some of that tension we said hello too earlier.
Day 2: Reclaiming Your Power (Embodied Practices)
Breathwork for Boundaries: Learn powerful breathwork techniques to strengthen your core (literally and figuratively!) and set rock-solid boundaries.
Grounding & Centering: Find your unshakeable center with yoga-inspired postures and visualizations. No more people-pleasing wobbles!
Embodied Self-Advocacy: Practice saying "hell yes!" to what you want (and "hell no!" to what you don't) with confident physical presence and a voice that roars.
Day 3: Embodying Your Authentic Self (Integration & Vision)
Values Embodiment: Align your body and soul with your deepest values. Walk the talk, literally!
Somatic Visioning: Embody the feeling of your liberated future self. Get ready to radiate joy and authenticity!
Breathe into the Vision: Anchoring in that vision of your liberated self through your breath.
Embodied Action Plan: Create a personalized plan to integrate these practices into your daily life. This ain't a quick fix; it's a revolution!
