From Trauma to Thriving: A Somatic Journey to Self-Love

For decades, I navigated the complex landscape of trauma recovery after childhood sexual abuse and CPTSD.

The emotional flashbacks, physical sensations, the constant reliving of the trauma – I know firsthand how debilitating this journey can be.

I desperately sought healing through countless therapies and modalities, until I finally discovered the transformative power of breathwork in 2011. This marked the beginning of my deep dive into somatic self-love – a path to healing that centers the body as a source of wisdom and resilience.

It was terrifying at first; feeling the aliveness in my body after years of dissociation was overwhelming. But through dedicated practice, including breathwork, ceremonies, rituals, and body-awareness exercises, I began to experience profound post-traumatic growth.

Now, after 30 years of dedicated self-discovery, I'm sharing the tools that helped me alchemize pain into love with the Somatic Self-Love Toolkit.
